The agreement between you, MYS and the Saarthis you work with.

What MYS is

MeetYourSaarthi is operated by [Registered company name]. It connects people looking for guidance with independent coaches, called Saarthis. Saarthis are not employees of MYS. Each is responsible for the coaching they provide.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching on MYS is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not an emergency service. Read the Coaching Disclaimer before you book.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Use your real name, and keep access to your email address secure — it is how you sign in.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Bookings, cancellations and missed sessions

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before a session for a full refund.
  • Sessions cancelled with less notice are not refunded.
  • If you do not join a session, your Saarthi can mark it as missed. A missed session counts as one session from a package.
  • Either side can propose a new time. A session moves only when the other side accepts.
  • Introduction calls are short, and free unless the Saarthi shows a price.

How everyone behaves

  • Treat each other with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination and sexual content are not allowed.
  • Do not use MYS to sell unrelated products, ask for loans or money, or spam.
  • Saarthis must describe their experience and credentials truthfully, and keep what clients share confidential.
  • You can report or block anyone from a conversation. We review every report and may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Reviews

Reviews can only be left after a completed session, and must be honest and about that experience. We may remove reviews that break these terms.

Liability

MYS provides the platform. To the extent the law allows, MYS is not liable for the advice a Saarthi gives or for decisions you make based on coaching. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [City], India. Contact [support@your-domain] first — most problems are solved faster that way.
